Happy Valentine's day! I'm not usually huge on the holiday, but anything that celebrates love is especially important these days. Someone contacted me from rawartists.org and told me about the upcoming art events that they're putting on in Portland and said they'd love to showcase me. In order to participate you have to sell at least 20 tickets at $22 a pop, otherwise you have to pay the remainder of what you don't sell. That sounded a bit suspicious to me at first, but as I looked into I realized it seems like a really fun event and would be a good way to get out there, network, and get feedback, so I'm willing to deal with that.
